Orders usually ship the next business day, unless otherwise indicated in product description.

Shipments to Canada; Please Note: Effective April 20, we are no longer shipping via UPS STANDARD to Canada due to high customer complaints of high Brokerage Fees. We now offer shipping via USPS Global Priority Mail for a flat rate of $34.95 (This option includes all Canadian provinces).
Express Shipping to Canada: We offer Express Shipping options to Canada. Cost depends on Items and Destination. Please contact us for a price quote.
International Shipments are shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail for a flat rate of $34.95 (All orders outside of US, US Territories, and Canada).
Important Information for Canadian & International Customers: We are required by law to list the price you paid for our items as the customs amount of the package and to accurately list the contents of your shipment. Upon arrival in your country, you may be contacted to arrange payment for any local duties, taxes, and/or customs fees charged by your government. Please keep in mind that we have absolutely no control over these charges.
Returns Policy
At Lavish Kids Boutique, your satisfaction is our goal. We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days from the day the items were shipped. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Items must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags intact. All items must be in brand new condition with all original packaging and parts.
We reserve the right to refuse returns beyond the return period or if the items are not in sellable condition.
Sales become final 14 days after the items were shipped. Items must arrive at our store within 14 days, not be shipped within 14 days. Please allow transit time when returning items. Exceptions to this policy will be at the sole discretion of Lavish Kids Boutique and will be issued a store credit at the current selling price minus a 25% restocking fee.
Sale items marked down 40% or more are final sale, and are not refundable. All other Sale Items are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
You must contact Lavish Kids Boutique and obtain a Return Authorization number. We will not process returns without it.
Please include a copy of the original sales receipt with your return -- without that information we cannot process your return or exchange.
If an item was purchased as a set, (example a top and pants/skirt), it must be returned as a set. We will not process returns of partial sets.
Returns may only be credited back to the card used to make the original purchase.
Please send your package in a manner that is trackable, (UPS, Fed Ex, or Delivery Confirmation). We are not responsible for non-receipt of returns that cannot be tracked.
